Construction also operates the following:

• A miscellaneous jobs division that does lot clearing and building pads predominantly for our residential building clients & provides our various services to homeowners.

• Borrow (dirt) pits located in Levy County & Alachua County that provides fill dirt to Watson Construction jobs as well as fill dirt delivery by the truckload to outside parties requiring our product.

• A Construction and Demolition (C&D) operation that primarily serves Watson Construction by disposing of approximately 120,000 cubic yards per year of construction and clearing debris.
